The Courtauld Connects project aims to support the overall vision of The Courtauld by maximising the potential of the unique heritage site. It aims to create a physical location and internal quality and distribution of spaces which integrate all elements of The Courtauld’s operations, meeting current needs and enabling future sustainability. The overall development will be delivered in 2 phases. The Construction Manager procured though this SQ and Tender is to bid for both Phases 1 and 2. The appointment will be awarded for Phase 1 works only and may be extended to include Phase 2.
