The London Borough of Sutton seeks tenders from prospective contractors to tender for the design and construction of 92 newbuild housing at at 4-25 Beech Tree Place Sutton and 29-35 West Street Sutton The works are for the design and construction of newbuild housing; incorporating the demolition of existing buildings and structures, erection of a 4 storey, two 6 storey and a part 6 part 8 storey buildings comprising 92 residential units, new pedestrian and vehicular access, amenity space, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping and public realm improvements on the land at 4-25 Beech Tree Place Sutton and 29-35 West Street Sutton London Borough of Sutton is conducting this procurement through a further competition via the Catalyst Framework - Lot 5 (Inside London).
