The aim of this project is to provide a functional consultation version of a Scottish Homes Standard (SHS) Wrapper linked to the UK Government’s (UKG) HEM base code. The HEM code has already been produced to support the consultation on Part L in the UK and to support consultation on equivalent changes in Scotland and enable users to generate target and actual delivered energy rates and target and actual space heating demand rates for two proposed notional building specifications across three heating solutions.
