The Domestic Retrofit One-Stop Shop is one element of the larger Local Energy Advice Demonstrator (LEAD) project for which SCC have won a Government Grant funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and administered by the Greater Southeast Net Zero Hub (GSENZH). The other main element of the LEAD project is an in-person energy advice and thermal imaging service known as the Home Energy Advice Taskforce ('HEAT') which has reached over 550 households to date. The procured organisation will act as the delivery partner and managing agent for the service, bringing experience in all facets of an end-to-end service including customer handling, coordination of works and, ideally, quality assurance.
