The Highland Council are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for passenger transport (including public and school transport). The Dynamic Purchasing System includes lots for dedicated school transport, local bus services and combined local bus/school transport services, demand-responsive A2B dial-a-bus services, additional support needs transport, transport requirements for looked-after children. Subject to agreeing a joint working arrangement with NHS Highland, the DPS may also include aspects of social care transport and patient transport services.
