Cardiff Council wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the hiring of outdoor Screens and Cameras for events. The Framework will look to service events throughout Cardiff City Centre, Cardiff Bay and the surrounding area. Events will range in scale from musical acts on a bandstand, to large scale, multi-site events such as the Cardiff Harbour Festival/ Extreme Sailing, Speedway and Rugby World Cup 2015. The framework will also be utilised for any ad hoc requirements the Council may have.The agreement will consist of a framework agreement for ad hoc requirements and a scenario for the Rugby World Cup 2015.
