The Hyde Group wishes to establish a Contract for Lift and Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy services with a single operator.The scope of works is outlined in the tender document. Please note that the scope of the works may vary and will involve working mainly on residential properties.THG has a number of properties located across the Group's main geographical areas of operation (mainly London, the South East, the East of England and the East Midlands).The contract duration is 3 years, plus an option to extend by an additional 12 months, with a contract value estimated to be in the range of approximately 250 000 and 300 000 GBP excluding VAT per annum.THG are seeking a collaborative approach to the contract which is centred on a partnering ethos. The successful economic operator appointed to the contract will be required to provide a customer focused service and show commitment to providing value for money to Hyde and must be responsive to achieve collaborative working practices, innovation and continuous improvement.
