The Hyde Group wishes to establish a Contract for Lift and Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy services with a single operator.The scope of works is outlined in the tender document. Please note that the scope of the works may vary and will involve working mainly on residential properties.THG has a number of properties located across the Group's main geographical areas of operation (mainly London, the South East, the East of England and the East Midlands).The contract duration is 3 years, plus an option to extend by an additional 12 months, with a contract value estimated to be in the range of approximately 250 000 and 300 000 GBP excluding VAT per annum.THG are seeking a collaborative approach to the contract which is centred on a partnering ethos. The successful economic operator appointed to the contract will be required to provide a customer focused service and show commitment to providing value for money to Hyde and must be responsive to achieve collaborative working practices, innovation and continuous improvement. The contract will contain provisions covering regular monthly, quarterly and annual performance meetings reviews; early termination; meeting, maintaining and improving on Key Performance Indicators and the development of project by project efficiency savings.
