COMPLETED PRE QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONTACT CONTAINED WITHIN THE QUESTIONNAIRE BY MIDDAY WEDNESDAY 18TH JANUARY 2012The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) is an executive agency of the Department for Business Innovation and Skills and is located in Newport South Wales. The IPO has office space of some 16000 square metres comprising of cellularised office accomodation, some open plan working and a suite of conference rooms situated over four floors. The Office now intends to refurbish 9000 square metres of this office space including refurbishment and alteration works to the ground, first and partial second floor. The refurbishment works will include reception area, conference facilities, meeting rooms, break out spaces, kitchen areas, toilet facilities and creating open plan office space. The construction will include demount and rebuild, electrical works, plumbing, decorative works etc and may include for the supply and installation of furniture. The construction will be phased and at this time it is anticipated that works could take up to 24 months to complete.
