The London Borough of Merton (LBM) has a requirement for an experienced and qualified organisation(s) to design and deliver an Integrated Substance Misuse Prevention and Treatment service for adults. The service will be critical in reducing the impact of problematic drug and / or alcohol use on individuals, families and carers, services and communities in Merton.LBM require the provider to deliver a recovery and outcome focused treatment service which is responsive to the needs of Merton residents.LBM is seeking the systematic re-design of Substance Misuse services and anticipates working in partnership with the Provider throughout the mobilisation period and delivery stage, through a service development and improvement plan (SDIP). This will support the Provider to meet the requirements, agree key performance indicators, work with local stakeholders, and refine the model whilst creating links to existing pathways.
