The National Forum of Family Resource Centres CLG [referred to as the Contracting Authority] & The HSE National Mental Health are commissioning research that will capture the experiences of the mental health impact of Covid 19 on children and families. This research will inform strategy and planning into the future, it will also build an evidence base on the need for and benefits of new creative therapeutic approaches for children and adults. A Specification of Requirements has been detailed in the tender documentation. Please refer to the tender documents provided and respond accordingly This contract MUST be completed by September 2023 with an official launch in October 2023. Tenderers who cannot meet these deadlines should not tender . This contract has been funded by the HSE.
