The Operation of ST Helen's Watersports Centre and Targeted Recruitment and Training

Descriptions

The City and County of Swansea are being funded from Visit Wales and the Welsh Government to develop St Helens Watersports Centre of Excellence (The Centre), which will improve access for all to Swansea Bay as well as providing infrastructure to facilitate a wide range of beach and water sports. The facility will be key in achieving Swansea’s aspiration to become a hub for water sport tourism as well as providing opportunities for community based groups and encouraging educational organisations to participate in beach and water based activities and sports. The facilities at the St Helens Watersports Centre of Excellence include;•Watersports Centre Changing / showering facilities •Multi functional space with catering facility •Indoor and outdoor secure storage•Office• Public toilets (these will be managed and maintained by the City and County of Swansea and will be excluded from this agreement.) •Disabled Changing Places Facility (this will be managed and maintained by the City and County of Swansea and will be excluded from this agreement. Access (key) control will be managed by the operator as part of the agreement.
