The Swansea Leader is published six times a year by the City & County of Swansea in January, March, May, July, September and November. It is distributed to approximately 106,000 homes within the local authority’s boundary.It is a full-colour tabloid newspaper distributed on the Council’s behalf under a separate contract with a delivery company. It will be printed at 42.8 gsm. The successful bidder for the printing contract will be expected to work closely with the successful bidder for the delivery contract in order to ensure continuity of delivery. Over the lifetime of the contract the pagination of the newspaper may vary between 20 pages and 32 pages. Any special arrangements or cost implications that this may involve should be referred to as part of the method statement.
