The procurement of Design Team members for the design and delivery of new and refurbished buildings

In order to progress a new campus in Manchester City centre, the group requires the services of an experienced architect/lead designer. The service will be by way of a direct appointment to the LTE Group via a bespoke letter of appointment. The project is to consist of a full design service which will likely comprise the design and delivery of a new campus building and the design and delivery of education and sports facilities at the existing campus, including site clearance and co-ordination of remodeling/ refurbishment of existing buildings.
