The purpose of this contract is to facilitate the appointment of a single supplier to fulfil the NHS Business Services Authority's (NHSBSA) requirement for the production, personalisation and fulfilment (including mail management) of NHS Cards and European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC).It is intended that the contract will be placed initially for a 3 year term, with the NHSBSA retaining the option to extend by a further period of up to 12 months.
