Borris in Ossory Community Development Association is seeking tenders for the Design, Supply, Installation and Certification of a Proposed Playground, MUGA and fencing at the proposed site adjacent to St Canice’s RC Church carpark, Main Street and Ossory Court, Borris in Ossory, Co Laois. The Proposed Contract is the Public Works Contract in 3 lots, and tenders Lot 1 – PlaygroundLot 2 - MUGALot 3 - Site FencingThis contract will be awarded based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) based on the proposals submitted. The client reserves the right to review all proposals and hence, the lowest compliant tender will not be chosen automatically. Please note that this is fixed price contract and tenders should not exceed the following costs;Lot 1 – Playground €145,000 ex VATLot 2 – MUGA - €35,000 ex VATLot 3 - Site Fencing - €16,000 ex vatLots 2 + 3 - €51,000 ex VATLot 1 +2+ 3 - €196,000 ex VATIn seeking tenders for this development, the client is in no way creating a financial obligation to the tendering contractors.
