The scope of this contract involves the investigation of and settlement of mainly public liability claims, that are within the current 500 000 GBP deductible against the Anglian Water Group, or under 10 000 GBP deductable against a stand alone contractors All Risk and Public Liability Policy, technical expertise is required. The processes must be followed in line with Anglian Water's SLA, and in most cases this will involve a visit to the Claimant, followed by a Preliminary and Final Report upon settlement.In particular on certain section 209 ‘Escape of Water’ claims AWS will elect to use an Incident Support Manager and a claims coordinator, who will act as a point of contact through the life of the claim and will have the authority to make decisions on behalf of AWS customers in order to assist the recovery of their property and minimise customer complaints. The appointed Loss Adjuster will be integral to that process.
