The Provision of a Mental Health Early Intervention Service. Hillingdon Council is seeking a Service Provider to provide a social inclusion program supporting individuals who have complex and severe mental health issues who would benefit from establishing support networks within their local community. The service needs to be a holistic model to enable individuals to access information, advice, and support. The Service Provider will develop, maintain, and deliver a range of person- centered and coordinated Services for individuals in Hillingdon. The Service Provider will be responsible for ensuring safe, high quality, non-discriminatory services appropriate to the diverse needs of the Borough. The service needs to work in collaboration with the Council and the wider Health, Care and Community sector to utilise the assets available in Hillingdon to support individuals to live well within their communities.
