The provision of a service to webcast Blaenau Gwent CBC Council and Committee meetings

This requirement is to appoint a company who can deliver a webcasting service, within budget, on an event management basis (meeting by meeting) and it will be at the discretion of the Council which of its meetings will be broadcast.The appointed company will be expected to provide resource in the shape of personnel, I.T equipment, hardware/software etc to provide this service. The person(s) allocated to this project would need to be available prior to the designated time of the meeting to set up the IT equipment, upload agenda’s and any other requirements during the meeting and make available (via the Authority’s website) to the general public to view the meetings live.PLEASE NOTE THAT MEMBERS ARE YET TO APPROVE THE REQUIREMENT HOWEVER IT IS EXPECTED THAT THIS PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY WILL BE LIVE FROM 20TH DECEMBER.THIS NOTICE IS TO MAKE COMPANIES AWARE OF THE PROJECT AND TO EXPRESS AN INTEREST SO TO REDUCE TIMESCALES ONCE MEMBER APPROVAL HAS BEEN GIVENThis project is being run on the Authority's e-tendering portal and expressions of interest are to be made only on this portal (no other requestes will be accepted.
