The provision of Advocacy and Independent Visiting Services to Children and Young People of Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil CBC and Bridgend CBC. Enables children and young people to make representation to the local authority either as individuals or collectively though an advocate or by being supported and empowered to make self-representation or collective representation.The period of the contract is for 2 years with an option to extend for an additional 1year plus 1 year.
