Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council invited tenderers for the following software licences:Network - AEC Collection (formerly Building Design Suite Premium)Network - AutoCAD 2019 (formerly Building Design Suite Standard)Stand Alone - AutoCAD 2019 (formerly Building Design Suite Standard)Network - AEC Collection (formerly Infrastructure Design Suite Premium)Stand Alone - AEC Collection (formerly Infrastructure Design Suite Premium)Network - Structural Bridge DesignThe Council required tenderers to submit prices for two options in order to determine which option was the most economically advantageous:Option 1 - 12 MonthsOption 2 - 36 MonthsIt was a contract requirement that the successful Tenderer must be an Autodesk Partner (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum).The Council required a minimum of 5 (maximum of 20) support hours per 12 month period. The support required could be onsite, via telephone or online.Consideration had to be given to switching from subs maintenance to subs subscription (rental) and all pricing must have been inclusive of this requirement.
