Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council(The Contracting Authority) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of Bailiff Services as detailed in the Contract documents and upon the terms and conditions to be contained in the Conditions of Contract.This Framework Agreement is a non-contractual arrangement whereby the Nominated Supplier[s] offers the Service at an agreed price for the offer period subject to variations, but a contractual relationship between the Nominated Supplier and the Purchaser[s] does not become effective until the Purchaser[s] places an order with the Nominated Supplier[s] for the Service.
