The University of Roehampton seeks to appoint a provider who can work with the University contract and senior management to evaluate current needs, develop a comprehensive cleaning strategy, and drive best practice and a value for money contract in order to maintain the highest standards of campus facilities and operations for the benefit of staff, students and guests of the University.The University currently operates a number of contracts throughout the University to carry out all cleaning related tasks and operations to include waste clearance, litter picking, and other facilities related tasks on a regular and ad hoc basis.The key objective of this process is to aggregate all activities into a single contract, presenting the idea opportunity to establish best practice across the campus and drive value through an effective contractual partnership with a single provider.
