KCS Professional Services, on behalf of Kent County Council (KCC), wish to create a national, user friendly, timeand cost effective framework for the provision of catering services.The main purpose of this framework is to provide reasonably priced, quality catering services with the food on offer reflecting today’s healthy eating habits and trends to a wide range of customers, including but not limited to:— educational establishments,— care homes,— community meals,— public sector buildings and— the healthcare sector.
