For the provision of direct care core hours to three supported living properties in Mold, two of the properties are for two tenants with the main adjoining property having 11 tenancies with a shared care core hour’s model of service delivery. In line with Flintshire’s Learning Disability commissioning strategy the Authority want to further develop a “move on model” of support across all three houses. It is important for this service to receive experienced and consistent staff in order to provider continuity of the service and to develop person centred support in the context of the move on agenda.Two of the properties are for two tenants with the main adjoining property having 11 tenancies with a shared care core hour’s model of service delivery. There will be up to 15 adults who will live in the properties who have been assessed as having learning disabilities. It is likely that tenants in the properties will be described as having mild to moderate learning disabilities.This tender process will be undertaken in two stages:-a) Stage One - Pre QualificationFollowing evaluation of this element of the process we will be aiming to take no more than four organisations through to Stage Two.b) Stage Two - Invitation to TenderThe duration of this contract is three years with the option to extend for a further 2 years renewable annually.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
