NHS Leeds South and East Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will soon commence the procurement for A Framework for the Provision of Domiciliary Care Services. The purpose of this advert is to make providers aware of this forthcoming procurement opportunity which is in the final stages of development. The Provision of Domiciliary Care Services on behalf of NHS Leeds South and East Clinical Commissioning Group will be split into 2 lots as follows:— Lot 1 — The Provision of Domiciliary Care for Continuing Healthcare Patients; and— Lot 2 — The Provision of a Complex Continuing Healthcare Packages at Home Service.The Services will support adults (aged 18 and over) assessed as eligible for Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and registered with a Leeds GP, or resident within the boundaries of the 3 Leeds Clinical Commissioning Groups.
