Caerphilly County Borough Council are seeking expressions of interest from organisations who are able to provide flexible person centred support and care to adults within an extra care facility.The purchasing arrangements for these services do not include any aspect of the housing provision or housing management services. However, the delivery of effective care and support services, requires the provision of appropriately designed buildings and a high quality housing management service. It will be the responsibility of the support provider to liaise effectively with the housing provider to ensure a seamless provision to service users.Transfer of Undertakings (protection of employment) TUPE will apply
