Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to commission a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation who are an accredited provider under the Supporting People Welsh Assembly Guidelines. The organisation must have suitable skills and experience to provide a floating support service for people who have a visual impairment to live with support in the community. They will also need to work in partnership with Health and Social Care Services to maximise the tenants choice, privacy and dignity.
