The Provision of ICT Services for Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust, working in collaboration with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust (‘the Trusts’) have established a framework agreement through the competitive dialogue process. The Trusts have awarded the framework agreement to a single provider for ICT services for use by UK public sector bodies which include NHS bodies and local authorities. The Trusts had a need for an ICT services framework agreement which could deliver a range of services through a single provider as outlined below: • ICT services design and management • transition and migration services • network infrastructure services • application and data management • end user compute services • customer support. In addition to the creation of the framework agreement the Trusts plan to undertake individual call off contracts using the same process. The framework is intended to be available for a number of public sector entities across England.
