Descriptions
Flintshire County Council are looking to appoint a contractor to supply approximately nine LCD screens covering six leisure sites within Flintshire. The screens will be used to promote local leisure activities and the successful provider will negotiate other advertising space with Council approved organisations with a percentage of all advertising revenue paid back to the Council. The screens will be provided F.O.C. and will be maintained by the contractor.
