The Contractor is to deliver the safety and security of FCO staff and others for whom the FCO accepts duty of care in Somalia by 1 August 2014, through the provision of expatriate Armed Protection Teams.The requirement also includes the potential provision of supporting operations, consultancy and planning, crisis management and additional security-related tasks, including armourer services as specified by the Authority.
