Personal care and/or support services to people with a wide range of needs to support them to live in a community setting as independently as possible; i.e. supported living services, core and cluster housing, shared lives and support provided to people living in their own homes. Services may be provided on a long or short term basis e.g. respite/emergency/rehabilitation
