The City and County of Swansea (the Beach Operator) wishes to appoint the RNLI to provide a lifeguard service on beaches within the City and County of Swansea during 2015/16 and RNLI has agreed to do so. Beaches are at Langland, Caswell and Port Eynon at Swansea Bay. The contract shall be for the period 01 May 2015 to 31 March 2016.
