The Provision of the Supply & Fit of Medical Adaptations

Works are required from time to time for SBHA Tenants whose needs have changed due to medical conditions which require adaptations to the homes provided. These could be access adaptations, bathrooms or kitchens, the successful contractor will be required to supply and fit such adaptations. SBHA would like to reserve the right to extend this contract for a further 12 months should budget and tenant need require such an extension.
