The purpose of this tender exercise is procure a Principal Building Contractor to undertake the refurbishment/remodelling of an existing commercial and residential dwelling into a new office space, at Birmingham House, Market Street, Rhosllanerchrugog, Wrexham. The works will consist of internal and external alterations including new structural work, removal of existing suspended timber floors including basement infill, new solid concrete floors, window and door replacements, associated mechanical and electrical work, drainage and external works.
