Babcock Land Defence Limited, acting as agent for the UK Ministry of Defence ("the Authority") has awarded a negotiated three (3) year Framework Agreement for the Repair and Calibration of Accelerometery, Chemical, Flow and Ultrasonic Equipment to Allied Aerosystems Limited, at a value of £974,765.00 . The Authority reserves the right to add items of a similar nature to the contract during its lifetime.It is considered that this requirement can be placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(a)(i) of the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 due to a failed competition caused by the absence of suitable responses to the previous restricted procedure reference 2023/S 000-041611This notice is not a request for expressions of interest so please do not apply to the invited to tender.
