Penarth Arts & Crafts Ltd (PACL) is leading this exciting re-opening of one of the most iconic buildings in South Wales. The ferro-concrete art deco building has been in disuse for some years but with the support of major funders the refurbishment and fit out project will soon be delivered to re-activate the Penarth seafront and highlight the town’s rich past. It is intended that the PACL Penarth Pier Pavilion Restoration Project will be procured through a two stage Design and Build procurement process (JCT Form of Contract) and the key client drivers are delivering the project to budget and to the grant funding available together with achieving the high quality facility designed and specified.
