Construction works to provide new Private Patient Unit (PPU) accommodation for The Royal Marsden Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The works consist of refurbishment of a leased premises across multiple floors (core fit out of existing shell) and will require full M&E services installation.The completed accommodation will provide healthcare facilities including consultation/examination rooms, treatment rooms, chemotherapy treatment and diagnostic imaging. Major medical equipment will be procured independently by the Trust. The works will be fully designed and contract awarded under JCT (2016) Standard with contractor's design portion for minor ancillary items.
