The locations are to be the staff and public sections of the Civic Centre & Guildhall in Swansea. Also Parks and Cleansing Department are to be involved in this tender and there are various sites/facilities around Swansea which require these items. The winning bidder per LOT will be expected to supply the dispensers "Free of Charge", remove the current dispensers and fit the news dispensers to be supplied.
