The Supply and Installation of Gas Central Heating as part of the Major Works Programme

Tai Calon (the "Contracting Authority") is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to carry out a 3 year programme of installing central heating and hot water systems in circa 2500 homes. All installations will be retro fit within tenanted properties. It is anticipated that the works has an approximate value of £5 million. The Contracting Authority may require the appointed contractors to satisfy, through the performance of the contract, a number of economic, social and environmental sustainability objectives, including (but not limited to), environmental implications of construction methods and materials, targeted recruitment, training and job creation for the long term economically inactive, and understanding the local issues in delivery (community liaison).
