County Durham and Darlington Fire and Rescue Service wish to engage with a third party ICT service provider to provide a managed ICT support service to Headquarters and associated Fire Stations in the region. The provision of network and ICT support are currently outsourced contracts with a third-party.This opportunity to assist the Authority and the contract requirements will cover the following main areas:— Service desk;— Application support;— Hardware maintenance;— Server room management;— On-site support staff;— Service level management;— Security management;— Resilience and Data services.The following are outside the scope of requirements and this tender:— Data cabling;— Supply of wide area networking;— Voice network infrastructure;— Command and Control mobilising systems— Budgetary control.
