The Department of Health seeks to procure the services of an economic operator for the supply of an online media monitoring service with news content searching and alerting functionalityThe scope of the Contract is confined to the provision of an online media monitoring service for the Contracting Authority including the provision of:•print, online and broadcast media monitoring;•daily email alerts •access to a database of articles •access to NLA licensed content beyond 28 days as provided under the NLA’s extended use/additional licensing policies•contract management services•provide real-time regional radio / online monitoring and outline the licensing arrangements for accessing e-clip articles
