Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) framework contract for the supply of gas spares to the Council’s in-house gas team to enable the undertaking of responsive, planned and project works across a variety of properties, both Council and privately owned.The top 3 ranked suppliers have been awarded a position on the framework.Under this framework the Council will ‘call-off’ under 2 options: direct award and mini competition. The direct award standard ‘call-off’ contract has been awarded to the supplier ranked first through the tender evaluation for the first 2 years of the contract.Where the Council has a specific requirement in ordering products for bulk orders and pre-ordered plot packs for core products, it will run a mini competition for all 3 suppliers on the framework.
