The College has a license to access and use the accounts and associated software for their finance system with Kick ICT Group Ltd. Kick ICT Group Ltd owns and has exclusive rights in respect of all intellectual property rights in the College’s current finance system and Kick ICT Group Ltd is,therefore the only provider able to meet the College’s need for continued support and maintenance of this particular finance system. There are also budget constraints in purchasing a new finance system at the moment.
