The Swansea Foundation, a pilot project within the Welsh Assembly Government, aims to break down the barriers of engagement with business support provision, the isolation effect that inhibits collaborative SME working and access to and implementation of leading edge knowledge. This pilot project places significant emphasis on the research, development and implementation of leading edge contemporary creative management techniques particularly in the area of value creation through knowledge and networks. It will observe and evaluate the ability to increase the creative and innovative capacity of businesses through the development of cross-boundary relationships particularly from diverse groups.The Welsh Assembly Government is seeking to engage with a quality provider to offer appropriate support in the areas of research, development and implementation of the project.Suppliers invited to the tender stage will be requested to carry out a presentation in relation to their contract proposal.The Welsh Assembly Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, will be conducting this procurement exercise through the etenderwales portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk Tender documents and other information must be downloaded from and returned through this portal.
