The University of Essex is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver planned maintenance, servicing and reactive maintenance for commercial gas distribution systems, gas appliances, safety devices, and associated plant at The University of Essex, Colchester, Southend - on - Sea and Loughton Campus's, including any testing, checks and emergency call outs, as required.

The contract will have an initial 3 year duration with options to extend for 2 periods of 2 years each.
