Macra Na Feirme wishes to invite proposals from suitably experienced organisations to undertake the development of the first Theory of Change for the organisation. We want to have a clear, robust theory of change for Macra Na Feirme that stands up to external scrutiny, helps us to communicate our vision internally and externally, and help us shape our future priorities and resources. Developing a theory of Change is a key part of the process to identifying needs, impacts and outcomes for our organisation, membership and stakeholders. A Theory of Change for the organisation has been identified as an essential step in measuring and articulating the impact of the organisation on young people. Measuring and evaluating outcomes and expectations of the organisation through a theory of change is the primary purpose of this tender.We are now seeking tenders for the services of an experienced firm to support Macra na Feirme in developing its first Theory of Change.
