3rd Line Support which include support for both: On-premise services which include all hardware and software services that are held on our datacentre at 230 Blackfriars Support for items such as Firewalls, Core and edge switches, VMware hosts, Storage (SAN), WIFI, etc. Cloud based services held in Microsoft 365 tenancy, Azure Infrastructure as a services (IaaS), Virtual Machines, Cloud networking, cloud services, etc. Cyber Security services which includes the use of Sentinel SOC for Monitoring and remediating any vulnerabilities, thereby educing our attack surface.
