Third party post inspections of boiler servicing and gas related works

ClwydAlyn Housing Ltd require a third party contractor to provide quality assurance checks on our in-house gas servicing team. This will consist of reviewing the current CP12 gas service, attending the residents home to perform another gas service and report on any issues found or areas for improvement.The contractor must be Gas Safe accredited and have experience of quality checking and auditing other operatives work.The scope of the contract will cover providing post inspections to boiler installations, gas servicing and gas related works in our residents homes. Anticipated numbers are around 15 post inspections to boiler installs, 80-100 for gas servicing and 100-500 gas related works.The contractor will be responsible for providing a periodic report on number of major and minor issues identified and suggest improvements.Note - contractors must register their interest in this speculative notice by 10:00am Monday 8th March.
