Descriptions
Wirral Council recognises the important role the third sector provides in identifying local needs, supporting communities and developing new projects and services. The Council therefore seeks to commission an infrastructure organisation to act as the conduit between the third sector and Wirral Council. Providing strong leadership to, and on behalf of, the third sector this organisation will enable the sector to be an equal and effective partner in the Wirral Partnership; contributing to the delivery of the Wirral Plan.
